I can't recommend or praise the organisation highly enough. The service was reliable, impeccable and above all genuine which was such a treat. The chalet staff, particularly the quality of the food was fantastic and all of the team should be congratulated because catering for 20 rowdy skiers/boarders after quite a bit of après–ski is not an easy task!

I spent a week at Grand Rocher from 23 Feb to 1 March. The service and overall experience was exceptional, the service we received was well beyond our expectations; had I paid in a restaurant to eat the meals we were served in the chalet I would have been delighted; to receive such great food in a chalet was unprecedented. The girls really were an exceptional team. All of the people we met were charming, friendly, and extremely service-oriented and seemed to be genuinely happy in their work. It was fantastic service and our entire group felt the same way.

What made it so special was that we did not only receive the service we expected, the Ski Basics staff all went out of their way to anticipate our requirements and did more than the minimum necessary to meet their obligations to us. If it were my company I would be so very proud of it. Many thanks for such a marvelous experience.

You are really an excellent company!
I can't tell you how impressed we were by Ski Basics people and services last week in Meribel. The chalet was fine and the staff in the chalet (Anna for part of the time, Sarah, Sam and Tom later) were so helpful, good natured and well organised that we all felt that we had never in our many years of ski holidays encountered such a great organisation. And in addition, the drivers Dan, Chris and others were so flexible and punctual that all the group had nothing but praise for them. The cooking was superb - Sam has a great future!

I recall months ago seeing on your web site some enthusiastic comments about Ski Basics - and I can now understand why. So, well done everybody and I hope we shall be able to stay with you again sometime.

I wanted to drop you a line and let you know what a fabulous time we had staying at Cret de la Neige in Meribel this past week. Susie and Euan were fantastic - they were an absolute credit to you, we could not hope for more friendly and helpful hosts. All the drivers were great and we never once had to wait for a ride, our ski holiday ran like clockwork! You can't beat the Ski Basics formula. We were so very impressed!
