Chalet Hosts
Chalet Hosts are selected for their friendly and helpful personalities as well as possessing a genuine love of food and entertaining. A large proportion of our customer feedback focuses on the flexibility of our Chalet Hosts and their willingness to go out of their way to ensure that each individual in the group is well looked after.
Resort Managers
Our resort managers are there to ensure that all your needs are met throughout your stay with us. managers are selected for their extensive ski and hospitality experience. Upon your arrival in Meribel a manager will visit you in your chalet to deliver your ski pass, ensure that your skis are delivered and arrange any ski lessons or other in-resort activities that you may wish to try. During your stay in Meribel our managers are permanently on hand to ensure that all your expectations are met.
Resort Drivers
Ski Basics' team of drivers provide a shuttle service for easy access to the slopes and to ensure that no time is wasted waiting for buses to arrive.
